Kiren Rijiju, Minister of State for Home Affairs, delivered the keynote speech during the Evening Dialogue on Cybersecurity and Terrorism at the Gateway of India Dialogue held in Mumbai last June, organised in cooperation with the Ministry of External Affairs.
