Sameer Patil, Fellow, National Security, Ethnic Conflict and Terrorism Studies, Gateway House spoke at a training programme organized by the National Institute of Advanced Studies (NIAS) and the Department of Science Technology (DST), Government of India, held from December 5 to 16. The programme aims to train scientists and technologists working in the government sector.
