On January 17, Ambassador Rajiv Bhatia, Distinguished Fellow, Foreign Policy Studies Programme, Gateway House delivered the opening remarks at the launch of FICCI’s study on ‘Blue Economy – Global Best Practices: Takeaways for India and Partner Nations’ in New Delhi.
He was also one of the contributors to the study.
