On April 13, 2017, Manjeet Kripalani, Executive Director, Gateway House, gave a lecture titled “A New World Order” to 11th and 12 graders studying the International Baccalaureate at the Bombay International School, Mumbai. Principal Cyrus Vakil moderated the lecture.
The lecture focussed on the global trend towards bilateralism away from multilateralism, the geoeconomic and geopolitical implications of the rise in protectionism, the reversal of globalisation, the shifts in geopolitical alliances such as NATO & the EU and lastly Modi’s economic diplomacy objectives and the avenues through which India can benefit from a New World Order.
