PM Modi's visit to U.S

Prime Minister Narendra Modi is currently on his 6-day USA trip.  His first stop was in Houston, Texas. He met representatives of various companies from the US Energy Sector – discussions on harnessing opportunities, working together on energy security and expanding mutual investment opportunities between both the countries were the main agenda. The Prime Minister also attended the Indian community event “Howdy Modi”, where he was joined by the US President Donald Trump. This was the largest gathering for a foreign leader visiting the country.

The Prime Minister addressed the UN Climate Action Summit in New York. He also delivered the keynote at the third annual Bloomberg global business forum. He also received the Global Goalkeepers Award by Gates Foundation and had meeting with co-chairs and trustees Bill Gates and Melinda Gates.

At the UNGA Summit, Prime Minister Modi addressed the UN General Assembly. PM Modi and External Affairs Minister, Dr. Jaishankar attended various bilateral and multilateral meetings on the sidelines of the UNGA Assembly.

PM Modi also attended a roundtable meeting with 42 CEOs of various Global Companies.
