On November 3, Amb. Rajiv Bhatia, Distinguished Fellow for Foreign Policy Studies, Gateway House delivered the keynote address at the ‘International Conference on India and EU in the Indo-Pacific: Strategies, Opportunities and Challenges’ hosted by the Manipal Academy of Higher Education, Karnataka and Konrad Adenauer Stiftung-India. He discussed the roles of India and the European Union within the context of shifting power dynamics in the region.
