Ambassador Neelam Deo, Director, Gateway House attended the ‘EU-India Think Tank Conference’ on ‘‘EU and India: partners in global governance?” in New Delhi on 2-3 November 2015.
The conference consisted of four sessions among which Neelam Deo attended a session on “EU-India: a new partnership for a changing global governance context.” The other sessions covered topics such as the EU-India foreign policy and international security, economic and financial cooperation in promoting sustainability, as well as the next steps for EU-India cooperation. Other participants included representatives from leading European and Indian think tanks.
The Conference is supported by the European Delegation of the European Union to India and Bhutan, and is organised by DAI Europe, the EU-Asia Centre and the European Policy Centre, in cooperation with the India Office of the Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung.
