After a brief period of uncertainty, the people of Delhi will finally have a state government.

Arvind Kejriwal, the leader of the Aam Aadmi Party, said Monday that his party has agreed to accept support from the Congress Party, giving Aam Aadmi the necessary 36 seats needed to form a majority in the 70-member assembly. Mr. Kejriwal would become the next chief minister of Delhi, unseating Sheila Dikshit after 15 years in office.
