India To Receive A Yet Another Nuclear Submarine

India intends to receive from Russia a second attack nuclear submarine. According to the newspaper The Economic Times, talks on the leasing of a nuclear submarine have entered final stages.

A decision, according to Indian analysts, will be taken during a meeting between Prime Minister Narendra Modi and President Vladimir Putin at the BRICS summit in Ufa.
