As part of an Indian think tank delegation to China, representatives from Gateway House and Observer Research Foundation visited the Foreign Affairs office of the Municipal Government of Shanghai on 15 December, 2016.
The topic for discussion was the sister city engagement between Mumbai and Shanghai and the roadblocks often faced by Shanghai city officials in dealing with their counterparts from Mumbai.
Gateway House members included Vice Admiral Anil Chopra, Distinguished Fellow, International Security and Maritime Studies, Zahra Latif, Head of Operations, Sifra Lentin, Adjunct Fellow, Bombay History Studies, Aditya Phatak, Senior Researcher, Purvaja Modak, Researcher, and Virpratap Vikram Singh, Website Content Manager.
