UAE Foreign Affairs Minister Sheikh Abdullah Bin Zayed to visit India

His Highness Sheikh Abdullah Bin Zayed Al-Nahyan, Minister of Foreign Affairs of United Arab Emirates will be visiting India from September 2-3.

Sheikh Abdullah Bin Zayed will be leading a delegation consisting of senior officials and captains of industry to India for the India-UAE Joint Commission Meeting on Technical and Economical Cooperation. The meeting is to be co-chaired by Sheikh Abdullah Bin Zayed and his Indian counterpart, Minister of External Affairs, Sushma Swaraj.

This visit comes just two weeks after the successful visit Prime Minister Modi made to the UAE, where the UAE promised to increase investments to India to $75 billion.

 

India-UAE Bilateral Trade:

Total Trade (2014-2015): USD $ 59 billion

Total Indian Import (2014-2015): USD $  26 billion

Total Indian Export (2014-2015): USD $ 33.3 billion
