The 16th South Asia Conference is organised by the Manohar Parrikar Institute for Defence Studies and Analyses, New Delhi, from February 24-25, 2026 on the theme “Sagar to Mahasagar: Strategic and Development Partnership.” The conference explored India’s evolving maritime and regional frameworks.
