From November 30 to December 1, External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj visited Sochi, Russia to participate in the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) Summit.
Swaraj held bilateral meetings with the heads of delegations on the sidelines of the summit, and also attended a reception hosted by Russian Prime Minister Dimitri Medvedev.
On her way back, Swaraj stopped over in Tehran, a day after the inauguration of the Chabahar Port, where she met with her Iranian counterpart Javed Zarif, and discussed India-Iran relations and ways to strengthen it.
