On January 6, 2023, The International Monetary Fund launched the book South Asia’s Path to Resilient Growth in New Delhi. Dr. Ganeshan Wignaraja, Professorial Fellow in Economics and Trade at Gateway House, authored the chapter, Fostering Regional Trade Integration between South Asia and East Asia. The book launch coincided with an IMF conference attended by central bank governors and high-level participants from South Asia. The discussion focused on the priorities for sustaining high-quality growth over the medium term in the region.
