On September 15, 2026, the Indian Council of World Affairs (ICWA) marked its 25th anniversary at Sapru House, New Delhi. Ambassador Rajiv Bhatia, Distinguished Fellow, Foreign Policy Studies, Gateway House, a former Director-General of ICWA, was felicitated by the Honourable Vice President of India, C. P. Radhakrishnan, who appreciated his service and contribution to the nation during his tenure.
