U.S. President Trump is on a two-day visit to India. On Monday the 24th, he attended the ‘Namaste Trump’ event in Ahmedabad before going to Agra. On Tuesday the 25th he arrived in Delhi. The visit is expected to be marked by the sealing of several lucrative arms deals and the possible initialisation of an air-defence missile shield for Delhi. Some progress is also expected in a long-stalled deal for American nuclear reactors, inked in 2008.
