Prime Minister of Portugal Antonio Costa will be on an official state visit to India from January 6 to 12. He will attend Prawasi Bharatiya Diwas as chief guest and will attend the Vibrant Gujarat Global Summit in Gandhinagar.
Costa, who is of Indian origin, is also expected to visit Goa where he will trace his roots. The trip is expected to provide a major boost to bilateral relations between India and Portugal.
