Neelam Deo, Director, Gateway House, addressed Mahindra senior executives and employees at the grand finale of ‘The Mind Games – a platform for Talent Development and Idea Generation’, a company-wide competition where teams of employees present business cases from other Mahindra portfolio companies and devise viable solutions for the same. Now in its third edition, the event has helped generate insightful business ideas and develop talent.
As part of the event, Neelam delivered a speech titled ‘Trump’s America: reconfiguring global geopolitics?’, which focused on the likelihood of the Trump administration overturning the post-Cold War global framework, where the U.S. was the unique superpower. She also spoke about the impact Trump’s foreign policy could have on the rest of the world.
