Ambassador Neelam Deo, Director, Gateway House, delivered a lecture on new emerging global trends at The West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences, Kolkata on 30 January 2016. The lecture was delivered as part of the University’s Weekend Lecture Series hosted in collaboration with the Ministry of External Affairs.
Ambassador Deo discussed several major global trends including the rise of China, the global economic shift from the West to the East etc. and commented on their implications for India.
