S Jaishankar, Foreign Secretary, Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India, travelled to the U.S. for a four day trip. He met Herbert Raymond McMaster, U.S. Army lieutenant general & National Security Advisor, where they discussed counter-terrorism measures, defense cooperation and security. He also met Paul Ryan, Speaker, U.S. House of Representatives where they discussed economic and defence relations and cooperation.
