With BRICS gaining increasing importance in the current global scenario, the Centre for BRICS Studies, Fudan University, Shanghai, held the International Conference and Academic Seminars on BRICS Studies among Chinese and Russian Universities from July 5-7. Akshay Mathur, Head of Research and Geoeconomics Fellow, Gateway House, spoke about how BRICS can lead the way in developing a transparent global crude oil benchmarking architecture.
Akshay Mathur is the Head of Research at Gateway House: Indian Council on Global Relations. He is also the co-founder of Aasra, an NGO based in Rajasthan.
