Indian Foreign Minister S.M. Krishna will make a three-day visit to Dhaka starting on July 6. Krishna will meet his Banlgadeshi counterpart, Dipu Modi, to discuss border-related issues in preparation for Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh’s visit to Bangladesh – most likely to take place in September.
Apart from the border dispute, the talks in Dhaka will also focus on key regional and bilateral issues that have seen an improvement after the recent string of high-level diplomatic exchanges between the two countries.
