On November 19-20, Chaitanya Giri, Fellow, Space and Ocean Studies Programme, Gateway House participated in the 3rd International Conference on India-Russia Strategic Relations- “Startegic Visions of Russia-India Relations and the Changes in the World Order’ in Moscow organised by the Russian International Affairs Council (RIAC) and the Indian Council of World Affairs (ICWA).
