Suba Chandran, Professor, International Strategic & Security Studies, National Institute of Advanced Studies (NIAS), Bangalore, and Dr. Peter Hefele, Director, Asia-Pacific Regional Energy Security and Climate Change Programe, Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS), Hong Kong. The discussions focused on ‘India energy landscape, institutions and forecasts’, a report published by NIAS and KAS.
