India and Bhutan held their 2nd Annual Development Cooperation dialogue in Delhi where the two sides agreed to implement 21 new Project Tied Assistance projects, in addition to 51 ongoing ones. The Indian delegation was led by T.S. Tirumurti, Secretary (Economic Relations), Ministry of External Affairs and the Bhutanese delegation was led by Kinga Singye, Foreign Secretary of Bhutan.
