On November 8, Ambassador Rajiv Bhatia, Distinguished Fellow, Foreign Policy Studies, Gateway House gave a lecture on ‘Africa and the world & India-Africa: An enduring partnership’ at the Foreign Service Institute, Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India. This event was a part of the 1st Special Course for Tunisian Diplomats.
