On December 13-14, 2018, Amit Bhandari, Fellow, Energy and Environment Studies, Gateway House, spoke at the Heads of Think Tanks Forum held in Moscow, Russia organised by the Moscow State Institute of International Relations and the Indian Council of World Affairs, India. He was a part of a session titled “Collaboration (cooperation) in Energy sphere” and focused on how India and Russia can bypass U.S. sanctions in the energy sphere.
