Gateway House experts Akshay Mathur, Head of Research and Fellow, Geoeconomics Studies; Rajni Bakshi, Senior Fellow, Gandhi Peace Studies, and Sameer Patil, Associate Fellow, National Security Studies, visited the Shanghai Institutes for International Studies (SIIS), Shanghai, China.
The delegation met Zhao Gancheng, Senior Fellow and Director, Centre for Asia-Pacific Studies at SIIS.
The SIIS is a Shanghai-based research organisation for studies of international politics, economy, security strategy and China’s external relations.
The Gateway House experts were part of an Indian delegation of scholars that visited the CASS and a number of a think tanks and research institutes in Beijing and Shanghai.
