On June 10, 2019, Jean Baptiste Lemoyne, Minister of State for Europe and Foreign Affairs, France visited India. The visit highlighted the bilateral ties between India and France and Prime Minister Modi’s upcoming visit to to France in August for the G7 Summit.
During his visit, Lemoyne met with S Jaishankar, External Affairs Minister, V. Muraleedharan, Minister of State in the Ministry of External Affairs, and Hardeep Singh Puri, Minister of State in the Ministry of Commerce and Industry. The meetings focused on trade, investment and urban affairs.
