On 17 May 2022, External Affairs Minister Dr. S. Jaishankar launched the book India-Africa Relations: Changing Horizons by Ambassador Rajiv Bhatia, Distinguished Fellow, Foreign Policy Studies Programme, Gateway House. The book launch was hosted by the Indian Council of World Affairs (ICWA), New Delhi. The book launch was followed by a panel discussion involving Ambassador Rajiv Bhatia himself, and senior members of ICWA.
