From December 8 to December 10, Ambassador Rajiv Bhatia, Distinguished Fellow, Foreign Policy Studies, Gateway House, attended a regional conclave on ‘ASEAN@50 and India-ASEAN Relations’ in Bengaluru organized by the Southeast Asia Research Group and the National Institute of Advanced Studies, Bengaluru.
Ambassador Rajiv Bhatia gave the chairman’s remarks in the inaugural session and the keynote address at the plenary session on the theme ‘ASEAN Today: Introspection and Prospects’. He was also the moderator for the Roundtable Discussion on India-Indonesia Relations. Towards the end, he chaired the working session on ‘India-ASEAN: Culture, Commerce and Connectivity Links’.
