The Foreign Minister of Argentina, Héctor Marcos Timerman, will visit India from June 15-18 to co-chair the 4th India-Argentina Joint Commission Meeting (JCM) with Indian External Affairs Minister Salman Khurshid.
During the meeting, the two sides are expected to review bilateral ties and identify newer areas of bilateral cooperation. In addition, they are also expected to discuss global and regional issues of common interest.
India and Argentina share warm bilateral ties. Bilateral trade between the two countries stood at $1.8 billion between January-December 2012.
