On 25th September, Amb. Rajiv Bhatia, Distinguished Fellow for Foreign Policy Studies Programme was a panelist in a conference on, A Fresh Look at India’s Act East Policy. He spoke on the geopolitical turmoil amidst the pandemic. The event was organised by Tillotoma Foundation.
