Akshay Mathur, Director of Research, Gateway House, participated in the 2016 T20 Kickoff Meeting, on the theme of “G20 and Global Governance,” on December 14-15, 2015 in Beijing.
The meeting was co-organized by three Chinese think tanks, who will also be spearheading 2016 T20 activities – Institute of World Economics and Politics at Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (IWEP, CASS), Shanghai Institute for International Studies (SIIS) and Chongyang Institute for Financial Studies at Renmin University of China (RDCY). The meeting discussed both experiences from G20 Antalya Summit and expectations for China’s presidency in 2016.
