On 4 October, Rajiv Bhatia, Distinguished Fellow, Foreign Policy Studies, Gateway House delivered a lecture on Myanmar at the Indian Army Training Command Headquarters in Shimla. The lecture was titled “Myanmar’s New Political Dispensation and Emergence as Myanmar as Bridge to SEA in Regional Context”.
