On January 7, 2019, Gateway House hosted a roundtable consultation with a delegation from the UNSG High-level Panel on Digital Cooperation led by Ambassador Amandeep Gill Singh, India’s Ambassador and Permanent Representative to the Conference on Disarmament in Geneva, including Dr. Cathy Mulligan, Visiting Research Fellow, Imperial College Centre for Cryptocurrency Research and Engineering, and Isabel Del Sola, Senior Advisor, Secretariat for the High Level Panel on Digital Cooperation. The theme for the event was ‘Global Digital Cooperation’.
