China’s auditing of its debt is an issue refusing to step aside from the lime light. While rating agencies like Moody’s have welcomed the Chinese debt auditing initiative; apparently, the third auditing in past three years, India-based Chinese experts like Srikanth Kondapalli are sceptical of it.
