Manmohan Singh-II: The Foreign Policy Challenges

The second Manmohan Singh government -- no longer plagued by the Left nor beholden to allies to dictate foreign policy-- will be marked by a great deal of continuity regarding nuclear arms agreements with the US, and ethnic conflict in Sri Lanka.
