On August 23 & 24 2017, Indian Home Minister Rajnath Singh will lead a delegation to attend the Shanghai Cooperation Organization’s disaster prevention conference in Cholpin-Ata, Kyrgyzstan.
At the conference, he is set to deliver India’s statement on the subject of prevention and elimination of emergency situations. India joined the SCO earlier this June at the Astana conference in Kazakhstan.
