On 28 February, Sameer Patil, Fellow, National Security Studies & Director, Centre for International Security, Gateway House, gave a security briefing to a delegation from the U.S. Air Force War College. The delegation consisted of 20 students from the class of 2017 and was in India for a field study. Sameer’s presentation touched briefly on cyber security, defence and maritime issues.
