Australian PM, Malcolm Turnbull's visit to India

Australian Prime Minister, Malcolm Turnbull has begun his 4-day visit to India on the 9th of April. This will be his first official visit to India during which they are expected to discuss their political relationship, trade, strategic ties, international security issues, science and innovation, and energy. However more than goods trading, India wants the trade of technology, ways to boost agricultural productivity, logistics management, and education services. The Australian Minister for Education and Training Simon Birmingham will be accompanying Turnbull, where he will be displaying Australia’s international education, training and research offerings with the aim of increasing the skill base of 400 million people by 2022.
