Let’s buy Pakistan’s nukes

Despite the dismal economic situation, Pakistan prides itself on the successful nuclear tests conducted over a decade ago. Should the United States barter financial assistance in exchange for Pakistan agreeing to eliminate its entire nuclear stockpile and remain a democratic and secular state?
